By car
From Rome: Motorway A1 towards Naples, exit Frosinone, then SS156/SS7 Appia to Sperlonga. About 1 hour 30 minutes. From Naples: Motorway A1 towards Rome, exit Cassino, then SS630/SS7 towards Formia and Sperlonga. About 1 hour 30 minutes. Parking available near the historic centre.
By train
Fondi-Sperlonga station on the Rome–Naples line (via Formia). From Roma Termini about 1 hour 15 minutes. From the station, local bus or taxi (10 minutes) to the centre of Sperlonga. Private transfer available on request.
By plane
Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): about 1 hour 45 minutes by car. Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA): about 1 hour 30 minutes by car. Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP): about 1 hour 45 minutes by car. Private transfer service available on request.
