What is the cancellation policy?

Yes, we happily welcome small pets (up to 10 kg) with a supplement of €20 per night.

Is there a car park?

The property has a partner car park located near the historic centre of Sperlonga. As access to the historic village is restricted, the car park provides a convenient solution for guests.

Nearby there is also a multi-storey paid car park and the Belvedere Car Park, also paid and a short distance from the multi-storey. On request, we can provide further details on location, rates and any shuttle service.

Do you offer a transfer service?

Yes, we organise private transfers from Rome Fiumicino Airport, Fondi-Sperlonga station and Naples. Contact us for a quote.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Times may vary if agreed in advance with the host.

How does property access work?

Accepted Answer

First access is via a personal code that will be communicated to you before arrival. Subsequently, entry will be exclusively via electronic key card, which must be kept with you at all times during your stay. The card allows access to the property and activates the electricity, air conditioning and all appliances: inserting it into the appropriate device (indicated by a blue light) activates the air conditioning and the electrical system.

What happens if I lose the electronic key card?

In the event of loss of the electronic key card, a replacement can be requested from the host. A penalty of €50 applies for the replacement. We ask that you keep it carefully and carry it with you at all times.

No, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Can parties or events be organised?

Accepted Answer

No, organising parties or events is not permitted. Guests are also asked to respect quiet hours and shared spaces.
